Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care items (e.g., face rollers, cosmetics) unless defective

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and on delivery time make a video when opened. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
